Just got a call from Kelly and she was very rude. Asking why I hadn’t paid a debt off since the account had been closed as of 2018. I told her I was a single mom and had trouble even making ends meet and now with covid going On I don’t have the funds at the moment to cover the debt. She spoke to me in a very sarcastic manner and told me I do realize covid just started. Needless to say, because of her I will not be calling to resolve any debt with that company. As much as it suchs to have something on collections Ann M***** was so sweet and helpful. She worked with me to resolve the issue quickly and went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of as well as have it removed from my credit entirely. She called me back when I called with questions and was never unkind to me.

VERY unprofessional. Where do you guys hire these "CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES"? Including the so called "managers or supervisors" who have done ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING about this issue. 1/24/2018 5:00 Ann Miller helped me today, very nice lady, was actually about to take off but i caught her right one time. Helped me setup a payment for a debt i owed and well all i can say is she was nice, usually debt collectors are rude and mean, but i was surprised how nice she was even when she was about to head out. Great experience!
this company is HORRIBLE!! My first time ever having communications with them an im supposed to have an account with them from 2014! Horrible Customer service i originally called in to take care of my account the representative john continued to talk over me, interrupt me and then goes on to say he didnt care about my debt.
