From the start Nicholas was extremely helpful in my recovery by helping me understand my injury and providing strengthening exercises.
I worked with Nick for a few weeks, and in just that time, noticed great improvement. He was able to diagnose, with little help from my inability to put it into words, the issue in our evaluative session, and from there, guided me through the exercises and helped me improve my form. Ray (if that’s how you spell his name) was also a pleasure to work with. Shoutout to him.

I’ve been doing PT with Tom Anderson at Spear in Great Neck and he’s the best! He is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He has a medical background and can explain everything very well. I’ve had a great experience so far and highly recommend PT at Spear with him. I’ve also worked with Nick as well a few times and he’s great too. All of the staff here is friendly and helpful!
