As a former collegiate athlete and now active dad of three kids I have had my fair share of injuries, and spent countless hours rehabbing. I can say with confidence that the group at Spear, especially Tom, are some of the best I have ever worked with. Tom’s focus is getting you back to health as quickly as possible. I have been seeing Maria since January, and she is amazing! Helped me resolve my left knee pain and core weakness from pregnancies. It’s made my daily life much better, and has instilled me with exercises for my life I can keep up with continue to combat these issues!
I was given a timely appointment, which was very much appreciated. Physical Therapist Tom has excellent clinical knowledge and gave good tips on how to prevent re-injury and exercises that I could refer to on the app at home. Tom also offered to speak to my trainer. The center was very clean and the receptionist was kind and helpful.
