I have been seeing Maria since January, and she is amazing! Helped me resolve my left knee pain and core weakness from pregnancies. It’s made my daily life much better, and has instilled me with exercises for my life I can keep up with continue to combat these issues!
I was given a timely appointment, which was very much appreciated. Physical Therapist Tom has excellent clinical knowledge and gave good tips on how to prevent re-injury and exercises that I could refer to on the app at home. Tom also offered to speak to my trainer. The center was very clean and the receptionist was kind and helpful.
Welcoming atmosphere. Dedicated physical therapists- who work with you towards your goals (for me- running!). I learned a lot about listening to myself. Excited to have graduated
