I called Spear several times and told them my insurance and ID # etc. I made a point to ask if they took UHC Community Plan, several times. They assured me they took my insurance. On the phone with one of their representatives for about 15-20 minutes to schedule my appointments for the next 2 months. Today someone called me to inform me that I will be paying for my PT. I called back and she then said they don't take my insurance. Classic bait and switch. Get it together, people. Waste of my time.
Great experience at Spear! Very easy to book time that worked for me and Jan was incredibly helpful in getting me through my injury and back on the tennis court! Jan is a skilled trainer with deep knowledge of all sorts of injuries. I will definitely go back to him again if anything comes up in the future!
I’ve been seeing Jason for a year and I have seen a lot of improvements. I have more.then one more issue so I’m a rather complicated case. Jason is up to the task. He is knowledgeable offering good advice, as well as being sensitive to the way I feel. Al the employees are wonderful and helpful: Gabby, Ronnie, Jay, Ryan, and Maddie. If I’ve forgot anyone - I’m sorry. They’re all great. The environment is very welcoming..
Spear is excellent!! Jason and the other therapist are fantastic!
The staff here is great and there’s a real sense of community. Everyone is super encouraging and wants to help you feel better.
