Highly recommend -- Gabby is a fantastic PT and has treated two separate injuries (hip and knee) over the past 3 years. She is highly knowledgable and supportive, working on specific exercises to achieve my goals. Her recommendations for physicians and at-home exercises are superb. Gabby and the staff at the Dobbs location are great!!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They tailored exercises that helped me work toward my specific goals and they challenged and supported me until I met them. I’m so grateful to have the Spear team on my side. This is my second injury that required physical therapy and they got me back to being active. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do, it’ll be Spear every time.

I highly recommend Spear in Dobbs Ferry. Jan is an exceptional PT, he's knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my progress. Ronnie was also incredibly supportive throughout my treatment, bringing expertise, kindness, and such positive energy to every session. The entire team made the healing process simple, effective, and even fun. Thank you!
