Post cervical disc replacement spine surgery, I came to Spear and Cassandra (aka C.C.) took fantastic care of me. I couldn't turn my head and my arm, shoulder and hand, I had to retrain with the stretches and exercises she customed tailored. I cried a lot but the support I got, priceless!
