Ashley Smith was disingenuous and did not put forth the effort one would expect. She really did my daughter and I a disservice by providing less than adequate legal council. When I expressed my concerns she filed a request to be removed from my case and sent me a bill for an additional $800 in fees over her retainer without telling me she filed the request to be removed from my case.
