I am disappointed that they don't have a place for people with disabilities to sit for concerts. I talked to a general manager about a safe place for me to watch Staind. I will never go to speaking rock until they can accommodate people with vision issues.

Unprofessional, machine had taken a 600 ticket , we called attendant, claimed no ticket was inserted into machine , **** *** ** ******** ** **** ********* ** * **** ***, after they found ticket, still didn’t offer any apologie, and still claimed they were in their right,

Very unprofessional. Their machine broke down and they accused me of cashing out a voucher twice when they themselves determined the machine owed us that money and brought it to us to the machine where we were sitting down. I felt extremely humiliated and I was defamed over a mistake that speaking rock needs to take accountability for. ****manager of guest services, would not allow me to speak and kept yelling over me and all he had to do was empathize and listen to the situation. WARNING! Printers on some machines not working right, got ripped off for $50 two weeks ago, just got back tonight and was ripped off for another $41.00 tonight. I'm a regular (well I was)... and to top it all off some of their staff is really rude. Carlos Cordero, you need to learn how to treat your customers with respect... that probably explains why you have the job you have...and by the way I asked, and you are not a supervisor, just a guy who who will never make it any farther than you have.
