I absolutely am a huge fan of Credit Unions. I would say that they have the best rates over a Corporate Bank. And past experience I have come across some of the friendliest tellers. However; my experience with the Huntingdon branch of Arize has been some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They never smile or greet you warmly. I may not have a lot of money but I was taught to treat everyone with respect and a smile. I'm extremely disappointed.
The service is undesirable. I don't recommend the use of this Bank/ federal credit Union.
Set up savings accounts for my kids and a checking account for myself. Great experience. Super friendly staff!!!!
