This review is exclusively for Charlene Robison. If you ever talk to her or deal with her. You are better off asking for someone else. Charlene is extremely unprofessional. If you have any other accent other than an accent she likes, she will hang up on you! During our conversation, she asked me to provide the name of my city. I absolutely am a huge fan of Credit Unions. I would say that they have the best rates over a Corporate Bank. And past experience I have come across some of the friendliest tellers. However; my experience with the Huntingdon branch of Arize has been some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They never smile or greet you warmly. I may not have a lot of money but I was taught to treat everyone with respect and a smile. I'm extremely disappointed.
The service is undesirable. I don't recommend the use of this Bank/ federal credit Union.
