Never take your dog here to get neutered. They take your debit card number and charge for pain medication which I didn’t receive heartworm test, which I informed them that he had just had one less than a month ago show paperwork but he was negative heart worms, and they did not credit my heartworm test or pain medication back.
I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! (Ft. Worth location on Seminary) I took my perfectly healthy sweet 8 month old kitten here last week to be spayed and before I could get there to pick her up, someone called me to say that they did not end up doing surgery because when they gave her the Anastasia she went into cardiac arrest. We ended up paying $2000 at an E.R. to try to save her life, but she could not be saved. This place was unapologetic, and tried to say my Moira had an underlying heart condition.
