From the owner. I'd like to explain the poor review by J.S.. The client lived 2 hours away from any of our technicians and it took me weeks to find anyone willing to travel there. This technician was the only option so I was upfront with the client that we were putting all our eggs in one basket should things fall through. 4 days before her event, I received a call from the technician (who had recent had surgery).
