This was my second visit to Spavia since it opened, and I was once again impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space is. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when my locker combination didn’t work—they quickly stepped in to assist. My husband recommended and booked me an appointment with his masseuse, Betty. For some reason they are closed and it's dark. They're supposed to be open until 8p. It's Dec 23rd. I rushed here from work to get a gift certificate. No sign on the door as to why they're closed and nothing on their voicemail. I am a new member that just joined. This does not leave a good impression. I hope they make up for this
OMG!! I have never had a massage before and this was my first, and I am in my 60's. Why I waited so long I will never know (ok I know lol), but this was one of the most amazing experiences I ever had. Matthew knew exactly what he was doing, found knots, got rid of them, listened and explained everything. WOW! I am an athlete who does triathlons, and trains in many different physical arenas, so I know a bit about the body, etc. I was so relaxed physically and spiritually afterwards. What more can I say.
