I had an absolutely horrific experience this morning and didn’t even receive my facial services at Spavia KOP. I was booked at 10am for a facial (original appointment was 10:30 and they called me on Thursday this week asking if I could come in at 10 to “maximize appointments”) and I accommodated and rearranged my Sunday schedule.
