I have had a membership with Spavia for sometime now & have enjoyed their services. I'm annoyed that I'm not able to cancel my membership online though. I called Spavia & explained that during the coronavirus crisis I would prefer to not expose any of my high risk family members to unnecessary outings. I was told this was discussed with management and they have decided that coming in is still required.
