If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked a couples massage for my wedding anniversary. My husband and I took the day off based on when they had a massage therapist available. Two hours before our appointment Spavia called and canceled with no explanation. They were rude and unprofessional and when inquired about any other appointments for that day they stated there was nothing. The clearly don't value customers. I do not recommend this spa!!
I had an amazing experience at Spavia! My esthetician was Kayden and she was wonderful very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout my entire treatment. Also the receptionists were amazing they were so welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend Spavia to anyone who wants to relax and they have a broad range of services and products that they offer with reasonable pricing. I will definitely be coming back!
My best friend & I went to Spavia for the 1st time yesterday for a Classic Refresh Facial. The staff was so professional & friendly. The waiting area is absolutely blissful. They truly accommodate & give their clients an unforgettable experience. I know my best friend & I wil continue going there for spa services. I highly recommend Spavia Day Spa if you want a rejuvenating pamper day for yourself or for a gift to someone. Thank you Kayden
The massage and therapist were great, so if I was just reviewing the massage myself I’d give a 5 starts. However, the whole experience was poor. In a week and a half, my massage was re scheduled twice. The first time wasn’t a big deal. My main frustration is with the second time, I was on my way from work which is a 45 minute drive.
