I've been going to this location for over a year now and the services just keep getting worse. Twice now I've had massage therapist on their phone texting during a massage and one of the same while doing my facial, Savannah and Megan were the two on their phones, and yet nothing is done to resolve this ongoing issue. This is a service I paid for and for one hour it would be nice to have the continuity of a massage or facial without a 1.5 to 10 minute pause. Won't be returning here again.
