Honestly… this place ain’t the best for massages in my opinion at least. Good vibes when you walk in. My main concern is why they make you feel out and ask you questions about if you want a massage soft or firm then when you get to the back They kinda just did it how they wanted. Yes, they asked questions like where the pain is and I’m pretty sure I told him that I wanted to be soft medium, but when I first started the massage he went for my neck really hard. Both ladies did a good job with massage and facial.
Went to this Spavia location at Alamo Ranch for a LONG OVERDUE facial. Brittany was very knowledgeable about my skin type and care. She gave me solid advice that would help increase the efficacy of the products I was currently using. She didn’t push sales or membership which is one of the reasons I was hesitant to go for so long. The office was very welcoming and friendly. So glad I finally took the step and I will definitely keep up with seeing her going forward.
