This place is amazing. My daughter goes for speech she is autistic and her ot helps her so much.
Very disorganized place. They seem to hoard the appointments. Really strange and unprofessional. I call early in the month to book appointments and they say we can't book yet but we will call you back when we can. They never call back but when you call again they say it's full. Looking for a reliable place. So surprised this place is somehow linked with MGH because they are beyond unprofessional. No wonder they have the review profile they have.
My daughter has made great progress and benefitted tremendously from her physical therapy at Spaulding. Her therapist is kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with!
Jean Murby was a valuable part of my son’s progress after a complicated birth. I appreciated her care and attention throughout our sessions. I hope to not need these service ever again, but I am happy knowing Jean is there if ever need be.
