Terrible customer service they never answer your phone
Rude and unprofessional people you have answering the phone. Bedside manner starts with you. Do better.
I came to Spaulding in Salem today and I just wanted to know if I was in the right location, the front desk had 3 workers 2 were busy 1 wasn't, I approached her to ask if that was the rehab because they also have Mass eyes and ears in the same location and the lady started rudely "you have to wait, I'm not open" but window was open even" my grandson is 9 years old I asked me why she was so rude and if it was just a question, thanks to the second receptionist who was very nice and answer me I was the place I was looking for. ... read more
