Andrew was an amazing guy. He came out, understood my situation completely. Did a quote thoroughly and also offered to come out a second time for a clearer Imaging session. He is a humble guy and professional business owner that really cares about people and situations. Andrew and his team responded to my water damage in my condo - from drying the affected areas to the mold remediation where necessary to the reconstruction of my walls, cabinets and shower, the team showed a professionalism and attention to detail which is hard to find in contractor services these days. Back on December 10, 2025, our office had a sewage backup in the utility closet where the HVAC and Water Heater are housed. There is also a PVC uncapped pipe protruding from the concrete floor whereby sewage overflowed due to another toilet in another unit in the building. Spaulding Decon did a wonderful full job cleaning my home. I'm so happy that I hired them and would definitely recommend using their services!! My house looks better than it did when I moved in. I was afraid of having strangers in my home but they were very supportive and empathetic. 10/10!!
