Andrew and his team responded to my water damage in my condo - from drying the affected areas to the mold remediation where necessary to the reconstruction of my walls, cabinets and shower, the team showed a professionalism and attention to detail which is hard to find in contractor services these days. Back on December 10, 2025, our office had a sewage backup in the utility closet where the HVAC and Water Heater are housed. There is also a PVC uncapped pipe protruding from the concrete floor whereby sewage overflowed due to another toilet in another unit in the building. Called Andrew at Spalding Decon and he came out to access the mess. Fortunately it was contained to that last treatment room. He and an employee returned the following day to clean and disinfect.
