Okay so I did not actually get service with this company but the customer service that I received from my point of contact Justin M was notable amazing off bat he was more than willing in trying to help me with my needs. I’m in the process of moving and my home is not in the best of shape so after sending him videos he decided that an organizer could better help assist. Even the young lady that he referred me too was great. Justin thank you so much for being polite and tender in helping me. It actually really meant a lot.

The extra star is for the kindness of the team, Justin and his wife are really nice people however, the clean up turned out to really be only 1/2 done and I ended up having to A: clean up more myself that I noticed later and B: hire another company after I had done everything I could. Spaulding Decon is the ABSOLUTE BEST! The owner, Madison Rybeck, drove a long way to my home for a potential job for mold remediation and clean up only to determine that what I thought I needed was unnecessary. Honesty is a great quality and Spaulding Decon has certainly got it! Despite her knowing there would be no job for their company, she still took the time to inspect my whole basement and crawlspace.
