Had a pretty disappointing experience with Spaulding Decon. I had contacted them back in August about a musty smell coming from my closet. They came out and diagnosed the cause as a gap between my exterior wall and dryer vent, where rain water was coming in and soaking my studs. They spent a few weeks filling the gap with cement, extending my dryer vent, drying and treating the area, and coming out a few times to repeat the process when the smell returned. A REMARKABLE Job to say the least! My house had 3 generations living here since the 70’s and almost everyone is/was a pack rat. I was too embarrassed to have anyone come inside this house.—not anymore!
