Don't buy their product online! If you love their products it's better to go to one of their the store and purchase them there. Bought a larger size of shampoo and conditioner online and they mailed them in just a shipping bag, not in a box with bubble wraps or even stuffed paper to make sure the product delivered in good condition. Honesty, avoid this company at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. I showed the stylist at the kingsway location a photo of what I wanted (and have had many times in the past) and she butchered my hair. The assistant manager was useless and more concerned that she had to come back from her lunch to deal with the problem. Then she didn't even deal with it.
