I made the mistake of going here 10 years ago, now I'm getting spam emails and texts from them on a DAILY basis despite not having been a customer for nearly a decade. There are no unsubscribe buttons and it's the same email every time. Urging anyone else to submit a report to the CRTC because despite contacting them repeatedly, it has not stopped. It's illegal to not have an unsubscribe mechanism and to ignore requests to delete people's information.
I'm getting spam ad texts to my cellphone to visit Spasation on Calgary Trail. The spam is also calling me a woman - to style my hair, when I am not one. I have never been to this place before, ever. How did they get my number? I get my hair cut by a barber. Stop spam texting me with ads to visit you! How annoying! If I or my family wanted to get hair styled, I'll make sure not to go here.
Honestly really disappointed with how they handled their business here I went for a couple massage they didn’t ask for our insurance until after the massage was done and then proceeded to tell us they can’t bill our insurance companies which is a huge insurance company just to find out one of the girls who gave us a massage isn’t even fully certified to give massages so we can’t be reimbursed by our insurance company which is something they should have let us know prior to will not be returning
