After sales service is ridiculous...I had to downgrade from a plunge pool to a spa because of access issues. I couldn't get a refund so picked out a spa at $6990, it took weeks (months) to be able to collect the spa from 3sixtyglobal - I still can't get a refund for the other $5000. I have since purchased another spa for a friend so that the credit can be used.....still waiting waiting waiting to be able to pick up the spa. What they say cannot be believed - buyer BEWARE. I have now demanded a $5000 refund!
** FULL DISCLOSURE ** This company is taking orders/ payments from customers without any prior notice that they currently can’t provide what you’ve paid for. I made a 50% deposit for a spa on Friday 8th of November and arranged to collect on either the 28th or 29th of November (at my request as I was awaiting settlement of my house, and I was told that would be fine if I ordered that day). What a great experience. I have purchased 3 spas through them. And the last being a swim spa. The sales team is great, service delivery is awesome. They helped me with all requirements on site. Will highly recommend spas direct.

This is the second quatro Spa we purchased. Our first one was 3 months ago for our Airbnb. We have had great feedback from our guests. I like that it's low maintenance and easy to clean. Definitely good value for money. Also special Thanks to Mufta for delivering the Spa and placing it in the Gazebo at the back of the garden ( which made the whole process stress free )
