As a busy hockey mom, not having to remember to go and get skates sharpened is a game changer. Knowing I can just walk downstairs where we have our Sparxs machine set up and sharpen skates is such a nice feeling. It’s one less thing on my list of things to do, not running at the last minute to get skates sharpened, not remembering to pick them up. It’s such a weight off my shoulders, highly recommend
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Sparx Hockey and their customer service. I recently ran into a technical issue with my sharpener that wasn’t solved by the normal troubleshooting steps. Great product, great customer service. Love having the sparx in my house. Both my son and I play hockey and it’s so convenient to have our own sharpener at home. Always have good sharp blades all the time. Even family friends are coming to us for sharpening. Customer service is awesome too. Had some premature wear happening with my Samuri and customer service was super responsive and sent me a replacement and a shipping label to send the other unit back. Top notch.
