Worst customer service. Waiting on a shipment for 2 weeks now and no support. Sparx took my money and won’t deliver the product. Should have been delivered in 3-5 days as promised. Guess they only care about doing business with NHL teams.
I’ve had a Sparx skate sharpener for just a little over two years. I have two kids playing hockey and require frequent sharpenings weekly. This machine has saved me both time and money, and the convenience of having it at home is amazing Last month I had a small mechanical issue, so I spoke to customer service and shipped it out to Sparks for service. Within a few days they resolved all issues and provided fantastic communication. Stress free experience, Thank you to Brian and Chloe.
Had to send my sparx to be repaired at the sparx factory. Their customer service was fantastic. I sent and received my machine back within 4 days. Fast, easy and great service
Easy of use and I get a perfect pair of skates everytime I jump on the ice. It makes my life a lot easier
I received my Sparx sharpener back today after shipping it to Sparx for a minor repair. It couldn’t have come back at a better time as my 14 year old son is hoping to get cleared back to hockey on Friday after breaking his collarbone 6 weeks ago. I couldn’t be more appreciative of Sparx prompt replies to my emails and servicing of our sharpener. My thanks to them for their attention to detail and assistance!! Fabulous customer service!
