I ordered the Sparx 3 and it worked amazing. I did have trouble with the machine hooking up to Bluetooth (which brings the sharpening experience to another level!). Customer Service (humans!) gave me steps for diagnostics and then determined that the Bluetooth was faulty. The immediately sent a replacement machine once I showed verification of sending their machine back (they didn't wait for the machine to arrive! wow!). I am extremely happy with my Sparx Sharpener 3 and the support team at Sparx. They have saved me countless hours of travelling back and forth to get skates sharpened and the edges are perfect. It's great to deal with a company that stands behind their product and continues to lead in the industry.

Ordered a ring grinder, it came and while in the machine it had a failure error come up indicating the ring was bad. Emailed Sparx and they replaced ring without any hesitation or blow back. It was excellent service.
