Nothing but positive things to say about Sparx and its customer support. I had an issue connecting my sharpener to my phone and Peggy stepped up and handled the issue very professional and promptly. Peggy even had her engineer team involved until the issue was resolved. I highly recommend this company. A+++++.
Purchased the Sparx3. Setup was easy and straight forward. Sharpening my skates is quick, easy, and done in the comfort of my own home. Now I’m able to have fresh edges every time I step on the ice.
I have the Sparx 2.0 and it’s honestly one of the greatest investments I made not only for my 2 boys sports journey but for my own sanity! The boys love the sharpening it provides and the time I save not having to waste my lunch hour every week (and my gas) to travel and get these sharpened is perfect! I also love the convenience of being able to sharpen when I want, even if it’s to touch up an edge before an important game. Highly recommend!!!
