Ordered a ring grinder, it came and while in the machine it had a failure error come up indicating the ring was bad. Emailed Sparx and they replaced ring without any hesitation or blow back. It was excellent service. Had a power issue with my 1st generation sparx. Reached out to sparx and immediately they responed with sometrouble shooting tips. Once trouble shooting didn't resolve the issue. Sparx sent me a packing slip to ship the sharpener back to them for inspection and repair. Repairs were made and shipped back to me all within 2wks time. I was not expecting the customer support I received as todays world seems to be a quick sell and move on type of industry. Thank you to Sparx and staff for the great service and support.

NOT a skate shop! Don’t come for a sharpen. However, these folks are super nice I appreciate that they stepped up for my son and I when needed. Thank you!
Worst customer service. Waiting on a shipment for 2 weeks now and no support. Sparx took my money and won’t deliver the product. Should have been delivered in 3-5 days as promised. Guess they only care about doing business with NHL teams.
