I called to inquire about an event and was shocked by the way I was treated. The woman who answered—Michelle—picked up the phone with just a blunt “hi,” no greeting or indication I had reached a business. I had to ask if it was Spate Tea Party just to confirm. From there, she was short, dismissive, and downright rude. I felt like I was bothering her by simply asking a question. Zero star for this company due to the fact that they say 4 and up for age but won’t allow you to have party for a child who is already 4 NOT turning but 4 already wanting to celebrate. I was calling to inquire about a part for my child’s 4th birthday. They didn’t ask me for a date but assumed I wanted it before she turned 4…. No I just wanted to celebrate her with her 3 friends who were also going to be 4 already…. I was told they can’t service me because they only serve children who are 4 turning 5! I called to inquire about the ultimate princess package and let’s just say that the owner was very distasteful. Bad attitude, rude service & bad attitude. She was very upset that I was asking questions about the package because she felt as though I was cutting her off but the phone call is to inquire and the way you do that is ask questions.
