The place is beautiful! The girls loved their spa day and will definitely be back. Very clean, smells good and professional
Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful customer service! My daughter and her bestie had such a great time being pampered! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to treat their little ones to a spa day, after all they deserve it!
I called to inquire about an event and was shocked by the way I was treated. The woman who answered—Michelle—picked up the phone with just a blunt “hi,” no greeting or indication I had reached a business. I had to ask if it was Spate Tea Party just to confirm. From there, she was short, dismissive, and downright rude. I felt like I was bothering her by simply asking a question. Zero star for this company due to the fact that they say 4 and up for age but won’t allow you to have party for a child who is already 4 NOT turning but 4 already wanting to celebrate. I was calling to inquire about a part for my child’s 4th birthday. They didn’t ask me for a date but assumed I wanted it before she turned 4…. No I just wanted to celebrate her with her 3 friends who were also going to be 4 already…. I was told they can’t service me because they only serve children who are 4 turning 5!
