If I could give them a ZERO star I would. This place is a joke. My aunt has to use them to go to dialysis 3 times a week. They seem to get her there on time, but when it comes to picking her up they are doing nothing but picking their butts. They leave her sitting there waiting and do not show up for almost 7 hours. WHY. When people get out of dialysis they do not feel like waiting for someone to come pick them up. They need to hire drivers that actually care.
I have used this place several times. But, seems to be getting worse. My great Aunt has been left at dialysis at least 2 hours passed the time of pickup. I guess that don't believe in people needing to eat or get home. They tell me the drive got lost. We' all know better than that cause everyone has GPS. I also, told them we would see how it went today. Guess what they call and cancel her way home today. Now how funny is that. We will no longer use this shitty place. I ordered groceries sat from Walmart and Spartan was the delivery service. The driver brought my groceries to my apartment. I brought them inside and then the driver said the dispatcher was telling him to return the groceries to the store not to leave them? I called Walmart and he called Spartan Walmart said to leave the groceries but he took them because the dispatcher said to? This was at 945pm? Walmart said they would deliver my groceries sun 7am .
