Robert, the owner, did the work himself, and his expertise and professionalism set him apart from other services we have tried in the past. I decided to go with spartan because all of Robert excellent reviews. I ended up treated for termites and pest control. He had the best prices out of everywhere I called. Honestly best service. They did the same job for way way less then orkins. Definitely will be recommending to my neighbors.
Robert was very good at communicating on timing, questions and had a lot of knowledge on pests! He was punctual and efficient with responding to our requests. I liked the fact that this company was flexible with several options for billing and payment. The fact that it is a small business was a bonus! Would highly recommend!
I can see why Spartan has so many 5 ⭐ reviews. Robert has amazing communication, great professionalism, spectacular prices & experience that speaks for itself. We just bought a house here in Florence & they (the sellers) "sprayed for bugs" as part of the closing agreement, but really they didn't.
