As a Broker Associate, I accepted a prequalification from this lender in good faith and expected them to perform and communicate throughout the transaction. Listen - I get it, you’re a business trying to find more business. So, you took a page out of the Glengarry Glen Ross playbook and somehow ended up with, what you felt, were the gold lead's…the problem is your messaging. The problem would also be the first images that pop up when you search your NMLS ID. The problem is your marketing and what you’re trying to do to connect. These guys are sending letters to everyone trying to look official and it’s misleading. Then you read the fine print which should be large print.
