Brian and the rest of the spartan lending team were great to work with. As a first time homeowner buyer I did not know where to start. I had an unorthodox schedule and was worried this might affect the process. Brian made himself available whenever I had questions and got back to me almost immediately no matter what day or time it was. The process could not have been simpler thanks to Brian and the team. Highly recommend spartan lending to first time homebuyers or someone looking for a great lender.

Aubri is a five star. She put her all into the purchase of the home. She did it all in just about two weeks. The four stars is for Spartan. They were fast and efficient, but was displeased with the high interest rate, and extremely upset about the forced flood insurance. Should have been my choice. But all in all, the job got done.

Raul Ramirez with Spartan Lending was great throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable, responsive to calls and texts, a true professional from the first conversation through closing. Everyone needing a home loan or refinance has the same concerns: the best rates (given their scenario), low costs for the loan and a lender that will successfully deliver what he says he will do.
