I had a very unprofessional experience at Spartan First. Appointments were scheduled for a time when the doctor wasn’t even on site, leaving multiple people waiting on their day off. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early, yet the doctor couldn’t meet the same standard of punctuality expected of patients. This shows a lack of respect for people’s time and poor organisation. The staff, particularly the medical examiner Jayden as i mainly saw him, were efficient, professional and kind. I got a general medical exam for a job.
Booking and nurse were fantastic. The part time doctor/dentist needs some manner when dealing with clients. It’s unusual to have doctor like this.
