These guys are great!
The staff member assisting us was friendly and streamlined the pick-up process. Our vehicle was waiting right outside the front counter, and the employee even moved it forward to prevent us from stepping into a large puddle, which was a thoughtful gesture that left a positive impression. Overall, the customer service was excellent. I had made the reservation online the day prior and encountered no issues.
