Easily the best breakfast in Newark! Service was great and the food is spectacular! Portions are large and while the price is a little on the high side, you get what you pay for. Cannot rate Sparta high enough!

This is a friendly place that is highly involved in the support of its surrounding community. The workers here treat people with respect and they support local artist and other agencies involving the local children I love to see the fantastic art work and the paintings. It's like an added treat to dining here. Great atmosphere.
