Mr. Nathan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was helping my uncle to get his health insurance through kynect. He helped us to find a good Health Insurance. He explained everything in detail. And he paused and asked question in the middle of conversation. Just to make sure we are understanding. I would give him 10 starts if I could. He made process easy and understandable.
