I came in at 19 weeks pregnant, desperate for some relief, and Sparrow’s Nest was exactly what I needed. From check-in with Cheyenne to my first prenatal massage with Emi, everything felt warm, thoughtful, and tailored to me. The setup with pillows and positioning was the most comfortable I’ve been in months, and the massage itself was a 10/10. I left feeling like a new woman and immediately booked a package. Truly a slice of heaven for mamas-to-be!
I'm 37 weeks pregnant and this was my first massage ever, and had the best experience with Emi. It was the most relaxed I've been in a while and look forward to squeezing in another session before babygirl makes her grand arrival : )

I did a 90 minute full body massage with labor induction with Gaby! It was amazing I feel light as a feather! It was very much needed! I loved it! She was very friendly and the conversation was great I felt welcomed since I walked into the office definitely recommend 1000%
