Absolutely legendary service and attention to detail from Leigh at Sparque eBikes. To give a bit of a back story, I had my eBike for a service at another bike shop just in March this year. However, I noticed that my brakes were quickly fading and my eBike motor was not running smoothly. Long story short, my disc brakes were well worn (1.2mm instead of the minimal 1.5 mm), my motor needed a substantial repair, which Leigh managed superbly. Knowledgeable staff who know what they’re talking about. I had so many questions at the start, and the guys at Sparque listened carefully, and then explained the concepts I needed to understand. No rush. No pressure. They just want you to end up with the bike that’s right for you. Which I did … on my third visit. Grown up service from people who know their stuff.
