from the moment I walked in soon after opening time I was welcomed and what became a very pleasant and rewarding experience. All of the people were friendly and helpful asked and answered many questions, clearly knowledgeable and passionate about bikes and ensuring that your bike meets your needs.
It turns out that bike stores who sell ebikes are not always set up to subsequently service the electric motor systems. This led me to seek out dedicated ebike specialist SPARQUE, who are. They sorted out my bike's software problem immediately and, best of all, did it for free! Recommended.
Leigh was Incredibly helpful with my e-bike. He was able to do a quick fix immediately and booked it in soon for a proper solution. Friendly, competent, honest and quick. What more could I ask for?
From the first inquiry to the final purchase, the customer service from Sparque was excellent. Thomas and James were an incredible help and if I ever needed another bike, I’ll be heading straight back to this shop! The Riese & Muller is a pleasure to ride and the kids love the cargo buggy. Very happy customer. 😃
