The customer service and knowledge of the staff at this bike shop was great! Friendly, non pressuring. They let us go out on a test ride. Would definately recommend coming down to check them out!

Fantastic friendly vibe when I enquired for a bike. Thomas provided a detailed breakdown for each of the bikes I was looking for and how the leasing process worked. I eventually made a decision to order the latest model of the bike which meant an expected wait for it to ship from the factory. The Kalkhoff Endeavour 3 Move has been a dream to ride since I got it and a very enjoyable car replacement bicycle. Service staff have always been helpful and informative with all the questions I had.
One very satisfied customer. Picked up my Riese & Muller Nevo4 GT on Saturday afternoon and it is a beauty. I was very appreciative of, and impressed with the level of service I received from Leigh as he went through the bike's features with me. Goodness, there were many and Leigh made sure I got the gist of it. My husband also put him through his paces with the technical side of the bike also and this is where Leigh was impressive.
