Austin and John were amazing, replacing my solid rubber tube which is a huge pain in the butt, John knocked it out pretty quick and Austin kept the shop running smoothly with good conversations with other customers. I’ll definitely be back for any bike issues..

They act like they know what they’re doing. They act like they care but at the end of the day it’s all about money and ripping people off. I had a very bad experience with their so-called bike mechanics that can’t even put tires on the right way it’s a directional tire for a reason lol anyway, horrible Customer Service horrible employees, and I’m really not sure how they’ve stayed in business so long and of course they’re probably going to attack me for leaving my bad experience for everyone to read about🤮
