They act like they know what they’re doing. They act like they care but at the end of the day it’s all about money and ripping people off. I had a very bad experience with their so-called bike mechanics that can’t even put tires on the right way it’s a directional tire for a reason lol anyway, horrible Customer Service horrible employees, and I’m really not sure how they’ve stayed in business so long and of course they’re probably going to attack me for leaving my bad experience for everyone to read about🤮

Friendly not pushy, larger selection than other local companies.
We walked out with 2 new e bikes today because of Austin....he was awesome!!! We went to 3 different shops & were just looking when we walked in. Austin knows all there is to about all the bikes in their shop & that made it so easy to pick the bikes that were just right for us.. do not even bother going to other e bike shops, go see Austin!!! We went on our 1st ride as soon as we got back home, made it down to the lake with ease & it was truly a very fun ride(i havent really rode a bike in 20 years or more & had no problems ... read more
