I met Jessica when a friend asked me to come to one of her yoga classes. I was SO impressed with how she actually taught me the moves instead of just lead the class and let half of us do them incorrectly. Jessica is the best! She asks questions, listens carefully, and is very smart. I have been seeing Jessica for over a year and my body and mind are improving. I cannot recommend her enough!
Great yoga teacher, makes corrections kindly and adjusts for your body. I started seeing her for issues with my stomach as well and she is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I feel much better after adding movement like yoga into my life after years of not really moving with purpose.
Since beginning my Ayurvedic journey with Jessica over 2 years ago, my life and health has gone through many changes. Having the wisdom and consistency of Jessica’s knowledge and care at my back during this time in my life is indispensable. Ayurveda has helped me not only maintain my overall well being and health but also aided in my healing after surgery. I would highly recommend anyone interested in enhancing their lifestyle for the better to utilize the vast knowledge of Ayurveda that Jessica offers.
I give sparky mountain wellness 5 stars. Since meeting with Jessica my life has changed so much for the better. I feel better...sleep better and not as in much pain. She was my last hope. I have suffered with much pain migraines stomach issues. I feel like a new person. I still have a long ways to go but wow no where how I was. I can't recommend them enough.
