This studio is amazing compared to other experiences I've had with yoga! Jessica will help you improve your yoga practice no matter what stage you're in - beginning, middle, advanced. It's not about looks or flexibility or any of the other nonsense yoga trends that can leave a regular person feeling out of place; it's about your body, your journey, and working with whatever presents itself on any given day. Jessica is an exceptionally kind and caring practitioner and she has a great sense of humor. I've been seeing her for Ayurveda care and she is excellent. Jessica takes time in our sessions to really understand what I'm experiencing and presents options for the steps ahead. I can be honest with what I'm able to do without judgement or being dropped as a patient. Jessica shows up with a smile and big heart, you can tell she is passionate about her work and her community.
Amazing ambassador of traditional yoga practices and makes you comfortable in learning as a beginner. The massage is another gift she has in finding exactly where you need the work. She is a wealth of knowledge and I feel amazing. So grateful we have her in our community, she has truly brought a much needed light and spark in my life. You have to meet her, her energy is such a cool vibe.

Jessica is an amazing healer. I have carried tension in my shoulders, neck, and back for years. Most massages gave me temporary relief, but I am tension free for weeks after Jessica's therapy.
