Jessica is an amazing healer. I have carried tension in my shoulders, neck, and back for years. Most massages gave me temporary relief, but I am tension free for weeks after Jessica's therapy.
I met Jessica when a friend asked me to come to one of her yoga classes. I was SO impressed with how she actually taught me the moves instead of just lead the class and let half of us do them incorrectly. Great yoga teacher, makes corrections kindly and adjusts for your body. I started seeing her for issues with my stomach as well and she is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I feel much better after adding movement like yoga into my life after years of not really moving with purpose.
