Product worked excellent!!! Great customer service! I used this on a two week hunt and it worked flawlessly! Super easy to use and I would recommend this to everyone! All the people in my camp we impressed after there restless nights.
I drove up from Houston to pick up my heater directly from Sparks overland. The owners were exceptionally nice, informative, polite, and gave me a full factory tour. My heater is the best piece of kit that I own, you could see the quality throughout. After picking up my heater, we drove up to Wyoming. We went to camp about 4 miles back into the woods. Not only is this the highest quality product and craftmanship I've seen, the customer service of this company is 5 stars. I sent about half a dozen emails with questions and Ross Sparks (CEO) personally answered every single one of them either same day or within a couple of days. If you're in the market for a quality heater that's backed by quality parts and a quality customer service team then I recommend investing in a Sparks heater.
