Not only is this the highest quality product and craftmanship I've seen, the customer service of this company is 5 stars. I sent about half a dozen emails with questions and Ross Sparks (CEO) personally answered every single one of them either same day or within a couple of days. If you're in the market for a quality heater that's backed by quality parts and a quality customer service team then I recommend investing in a Sparks heater.
This is an honest review of how I was treated by Ross Sparks of Sparks Overland. Let me start this off by saying that I grew up with a man who said that in the future you would not be able to buy quality at any price, it just wouldn't be available. Happy to correct this review once solved, but unfortunately Sparks Overland will not respond to a support request. I got a diesel heater a few years ago that's having issues. Ive emailed twice, left several voicemails in the main inbox, and it appears I'm being ignored. Sparks if you see this, I would very much appreciate some help.
I wanted to share a remarkable experience with Sparks Overland diesel heater. I've used mine extensively and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. To protect my stuff from fuel leakage, I store it in a Craftsman tote with a custom hole in the lid for the handle. However, this past spring presented an unexpected challenge.
