The website and phone number states this office is open from 8am - 5pm. I called this number on a workday when it was to be open at 8am and after entering all the information about my account/verification/appoint, was told this is handled by the local office and it is closed. I called at 8am, 8:05, 8:09, 8:12, 8:17, 8:22, 8:43, 8:50 and the message stated the office was closed. Absolute worst internet service imaginable. Our business relies on service to operate. Was down for a week with zero efforts to resolve the issue, or reimburse for loss of business and sales. If you own a business, you would be foolish in trusting this provider to meet your needs. 100% DO NO RECOMMEND.

The service quality is both 5 star and 5G! Technician, Hunter, was able to come out the same day when I had an issue with a modem (I had accidently dropped it while moving it around). The phone VoIP and internet are both wonderful. It is nice to be able to receive/send calls via our office number from the app when I'm not at the office but am working from my cell.
