We lived in a lovely duplex which was totally destroyed by fire on Dec 27, 2025! We are faced with replacing EVERYTHING that was in our home! All that came out of house was on our backs. Sparklight refused to write off the destroyed equipment! They insisted that they get their pound of flesh and charged us for the equipment to the tune of $161!! Was initially told that my address was serviceable. I set up a appointment for a tech to come out and they never came during the 1st appointment window. Scheduled a 2nd appointment window and all of a sudden got my installation fee refunded. When I call to inquire about the refund, they then told me that my address was NOT serviceable. So now I have to reconnect with my old provider after they lied and wasted my time.
Jakayla B spent a good deal of time explaining Bill and helping us with questions on the services for a friend. Very professional and knowledgeable.!
I was having issues with the Internet payment so I went in person to pay my bill. Jakayla B. was so helpful and knowledgeable about the issue. She explained everything I was asking completely and has such a pleasant personality. She explained the current pomotions in terms I could understand. My 5 star review is completely because of her willingness to help and her kind actions today! Wish there were more Jakayla B's in customer service settings!
JaKayla B was amazing! It was close to closing time, and she had to solve a technical issue. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and got it done efficiently. Highly recommended!
