Kevin Collier was my technician and he was the best. Came out thinking it was gonna be a quick job but turns out he had to set up a whole new router. He did it without any complaints and now I have internet again. Thanks a lot!

Very poor service internet always has problems and if it rains good luck don't think I want to be a spark light customer anymore poor customer service nothing gets fixed always excuses

I will give Sparklight 2 stars because I had very few connectivity issues with them. Everything else has been a poor experience. I found a provider that would give me 3X the bandwidth for $40/mo less than what I was paying. This was a promotional rate. When attempting to contact Sparklight sales to negotiate my rate, I was unable to speak to a rep at all. I was either on hold for 30 minutes, or was told the department was closed even when I called during hours the website said they were available. After multiple attempts to ... read more

I spoke with Brittney B (Benton, AR.) about changing my internet services. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She made me feel as if the switch would be beneficial for me and that I wouldn't just be looked at as an account holder. Thank you!!!

I attended an event where Brittany enthusiastically introduced herself and the advantageous services of Sparklight internet. She was so personable and friendly that I was actually sad when I told her I lived in an area Sparklight doesn’t service. Awesome pitch and personality, Brittany.
