I had a lot of latency issues. I switched. Now I'm having trouble with their records and equipment returns.
tv remote is too small.....stream ask if we are still watching too often....channel guide is not accurate
This is a team that’s made exceptional standard and focus their mission
Despite repeated attempts by technicians to resolve the issue, it persists. I’m paying for 1 gigabyte of internet, but I only receive 4-700 megabytes of download and 0.415 -19 megabytes of upload. I must admit, it’s about 10 percent better than last week.
They price gouge neighborhoods that don’t have options to other Internet. They start you out at a base price and then by the next year I’ll be paying double that with fees out the butt. I strongly dislike this company.
