We went back to Sparklight because their price for 1GB was better than the others. Not only that, with the setup we have now, we are able to get service in our garage. Sparkling is working well for us, and we're glad we switched.

Good weather bad weather doesn’t matter my internet always goes out and SPARKLIGHT never sends notifications to their customers. I work from home and need to provide proof that there is an outage called in to their 1800 number and the lady says oh I can’t send the email something’s wrong. No worries canceling spark light as soon as the snow clears!
