A whole bunch of employees but only one person helping anybody I stood there waiting 30 minutes while the lady helped the same customer, I was just trying to return equipment I felt there was no need to have me waiting so long, I never had this issue with Cox
internet's fine. bill is going up again. which can be offset by using autopay on a debit card, not credit. why do you get to tell me how to pay my bill to avoid being charged more money? ridiculous. looking into switching to something cheaper.

I’ve had Cable 1/Sparklight internet and phone service as far back as I can remember and yes I have had problems but Sparklight is serious about customer service because all I have to do is call and it gets taken care of. Don’t let the fiber optic ppl fool you about faster speed, Sparklight gives me all the internet speed I need with great customer service and they are good about showing their application from time to time and it makes feel more like they see me as a person not an account. I highly recommend Sparklight!
