Was great when it was Fidelity. Since Sparklight took over it's been nothing but issues.
Rose was very nice and very helpful. She was patient and answered my numerous questions. I really like Sparklights Customer service and it is the most reliable Internet that I have ever had.
We had this service for 8 years. I wish they would pro-rate the bill for the amount of time service is out or not running at the speed you pay for. I was paying for 1gb of speed. We had that speed for maybe the first 2 months of switching to that plan. They throttle you back hard. Why? I can't throttle back my bill. I changed my package to the cheaper plan (since it had the speed I was getting anyway) and those changes never took place. My bill stayed at the 1gb package amount.
