My wifi is great! I have tried to reach out about why im being charged double in July when im on autopay, and it wasn't taking out in June...no communication sent of any issue. No reply has been sent to me.....

Great customer service in person!
My internet is out almost every evening of course the office is closed. I do not like talking to a person that may live 3000 miles away. Even if someone comes out to the house they always say nothing is wrong. I would like someone to come here & help me tell me what is wrong maybe check my tv . I am 80 yrs old & can’t do this myself.
