Absolutely awful internet company that has a monopoly on the area, if literally anyone else was to come to the area they would probably go out if business. Super high prices, no customer loyalty, and awful service. Goes out weekly and tries to use AI to solve all your problems instead of real people. The AI is broke and just loops without helping you.
I've had Sparklight for quite some time, have enjoyed their service, l got a new modem put in today. The technician Eloy was very friendly and explained everything very well to us. Thank you Eloy for setting up our new modem.
Had sparklight for about 5 years, service was decent, started at the lowest package and upgraded to the highest within the 5 years, didn’t notice much of a difference in speed, reliability was decent not the best but it did get the job done. Outages did happen, but the longest I went with out internet was about a day and a half and that was during a big storm so I didn’t expect it to come up fast as it did, when I moved to my new house service to get my internet back on was painless and quick.
