I regret not reviewing the service provider's reviews before subscribing. The WiFi connection is frequently interrupted, and we have encountered issues with the technical support staff. The first two technicians sent to our residence claimed we refused to let them in, which is not true. I want them to fulfill their obligations. 8 years of service. This was the absolute worst ownership of this company ever. I finally gave up and switched to starlink. Haven't been happier.
Thaddeus went above and beyond his job description in getting our internet to work. My dad is on hospice and I needed interent to work from my parents house and take care of my Dad. Old line was not working but Thaddeus tried multiple times and the different ideas until it worked. He was so nice to our family in a very stressful time. Thanks Thaddeus!
