#1 The extremely long account number. #2 Being a local business in town, but does not sponsor anything Including school programs #3 extremely high late fees #4 Having programs for low income, but the criteria to get there is impossible. #5 sending out text with the wrong Payment amount. #6 ❤️❤️ The technicians always come on time and they’re friendly ❤️❤️ The tech department is also very helpful
Internet goes out regularly, speeds are a fraction of the advertised, customer service (if you can get them on the phone) is less than that. Follow up: Finally was able to cancel the service. They billed after cancellation, after several phone calls got them to agree they would cancel the bill, then just received a notice that I'd been sent to collections because of a bill they said wasn't due. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Our wifi has been down twice this month. Not a good record.
Attempted to Cancel service due to ongoing outages and downtime. Tried to cancel over the phone and was advised that I could not. I was told the only way to cancel was to return the rented modem to the store and cancel in person. Advised the store hours were open till 5 pm. When I got to the angleton location at 3 pm the store was closed and the hours on the door showed they close at 12 pm.
