Our tech, Sylver Hernandez, was punctual and very professional. He called before to let us know he would be here in an hour, he was right on time. He took care of the problem quickly and we have our service back on. Very happy with the service we received.

I have had the same plan for as long as I’ve lived in this home and now we don’t have cable. Diana continued to laugh at me as I tried to explain nothing on our account has changed. I was transferred to 3 different people who were unable to assist me and told that I would be getting a call back in 24hrs! - they should pay people better for customer service because there is none here!!!

I am not pleased at all with Sparklight service. I've had several drop outs of my internet and have called out for repairs several times and have been told that there was a prblem with line going to my house and needs to be replaced. I have been told this by several Techs but nothing has been done about it still. I am about ready to go with someone else due to Sparklight's inability to fix or unwillingness to fix the problem. I most definitely would not recommend Sparklight to anyone. T J Bordelon

Service is bad,always dropping connections. Bill is constantly going up while service gets worse. So bad that neighborhood is switching to starlink.

The lady was really nice and super helpful
