Was good in the beginning but its always going out and is down right now as I type this and seems to only get worse as time goes on
Just get internet through your mobile provider, you'll receive better customer support through them than you will Sparklight. The worst part is, the connection difference is negligible for the majority of users, it just costs more for Sparklight for them to jerk you around like some kind of senseless puppet.
Horrible. I paid my bills the day before yesterday and my service still has not been reconnected. This is the second day now of me missing work in school. I have their pay as you Go Internet called flex connect. Whatever you do don’t sign up for this service. It’s a complete waste of money. This is not the first time this is happened.
