Cody was quick and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very kind!
Used Sparklight over the course of three years or so. Service only ever had one outage that I could recall, and it was fixed quickly. Speeds were as advertised, costs were affordable for a semi-rural area. My only real complaint is that there was a hiccup with disconnecting my service where my disconnect request seemingly got lost in the mix and I got a few extra bills after the fact. Great service call very nice service reps thank you sparklight
Cody(tech) did a good job getting my new equipment installed and explaining things to me. I would not give the support site or the scheduling group a four. They are not organized and caused several issues for setting up an appointment. They might get a one and that would be pushing it.
