Very disappointed in the service from Sparklight. I have made 3 appointments in the past week to get my internet installed at my town home, and noone came each time, and did not give me any notice. When I called about this, customer service says they can see the appointments were scheduled but no notes as to why the technicians aren't showing.

Untruthful about prices... I showed the door to door salesman on of their flyers for $25 a month, but I pointed out specifically it needed to STAY $25. They told me they can do that, it's been 3 months, and the monthly bill is now running at $60, customer support seemed to have no idea why he told me such a low price. She says after the new customer discount drops off it'll be $80 a month. They also charge a fee to use their equipment, $14 which they told me at the time was free. I would give a negative score if possible. We were given a rate and so we switched companies, only to find that the quote was for another area, and they wouldn’t honor the price that we were quoted. We then had to wait for a shipping label to send their equipment back, and because that was a week turn around time, they charged us for an additional month.
