They are never there in office so we can talk to them and get help. My niece has been there every freaking day and nobody is there. Poor business forsure.
The installation team is very nice and efficient. Everyone at the local office seems to be nice. However, the company itself though will raise your rates without warning, and they will make it a pain to negotiate it back down. They will send you in circles and make it a multi-call issue to fix. Very disappointed in the service from Sparklight. I have made 3 appointments in the past week to get my internet installed at my town home, and noone came each time, and did not give me any notice. When I called about this, customer service says they can see the appointments were scheduled but no notes as to why the technicians aren't showing.
