The variety of channels and quality of picture are excellent.
Both Ladies at this office were amazing! Our business moved locations so I returned the old equipment. They had to jump through hoops and hurdles to get that squared away, but did everything they could to get it taken care of! Thank y'all so much!

Lady was very helpful and friendly. I actually went here to turn in my modem and be done with sparklight after 3 years of being a customer. Customer service sucks when you call them they can't give you answers to anything. The service sucks even after switching plans, is what it is because it's either crappy service thru sparklight or crappy service thru ATT which costs twice a much. Not happy with the service or constant rise in our bill.
