Terrible customer service, when you call,you get someone in the Phillipines. He has no idea what the sparklight truck on your street is doing. Internet has been down 24 hrs now...sad.

Price is too expensive for the internet being received. Customer service is poor. There method of repairing a problem is to keep you on hold and not answer the call. They often tell you the reason your Price increase is due to data usage. I have one TV and only and at that apartment.during the week 4 days after 5pm. And the rate went up $38.00
