I lost 3 days of work because Sparklight in their infinite wisdom decided to outsource their technical support to another country. They could not be more incompetent. When I did get the issue fixed, the officer personnel who were nice did not give me the correct information to reconnect my account. I had to call technical support again. This time the person only connected ONE of the TWO modems. I wish I could give a negative rating.
