I wish I could give 0 stars. If you have any other option for internet go with it. This company has the most inconsistent service and every single time there is something wrong, which is often, they take all the time in the world to fix it. I give them one star simply because I can't give negative stars. We stream our TV service through our internet. We could not send a text while watching TV because it would pause the program. We called several times and was told we need to "UP" our package. When I called to cancel, I was told I have to drop the equipment off at one of their offices. This company is completely inconsiderate of its customers. It doesn’t keep its doors open during its business hours every single time I have tried to come to this company in person. The doors have been locked during open hours. I am sick of this. I do not live in this town I was trying to return equipment during hours, and you cost me time and money Great doing business with you. I feel sorry for everyone that considers using your services. I hope you treat your employees better than your customers.
